Detailed introduction

Prepreg, also known as "PP", is one of the main materials in Multilayer PCB production, mainly composed of resin and reinforced material composition, reinforced material is divided into several types of glass fiber cloth, paper base composite material, and the production of multilayer printed circuit board using the semi solidified sheet (bond) is the glass fiber cloth as reinforcing material.

After treatment of glass fiber cloth, impregnated with a resin solution, by heat treatment (pre drying) resin into the B stage and made of sheet material for prepreg, the prepreg will soften under heat and pressure, after cooling will curing reaction.
